K Lead Teacher Requirements:
Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a licensed childcare setting Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a state and federal background check Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for teaching and preparing children for kindergarten 4
K Assistant Teacher Requirements:
ECD 101 required Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a licensed childcare setting Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a state and federal background check Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Passion for working with preschool-aged children Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Support children's academic, social, and emotional development Follow lesson plans and daily classroom schedules Maintain a clean and organized classroom Communicate professionally with parents and staff Ensure compliance with DSS licensing regulations and center policies Benefits Supportive leadership team Professional development opportunities Positive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives
Schedule Monday-Friday Day Shift Full-Time Pay:
