Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred Flexible, patient, and ready to quickly adjust to new school sites and student needs Demonstrated ability to provide both 1:1 support and contribute to classroom-wide engagement Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teaming with educators and administrators Awareness of confidentiality standards and classroom protocols Passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and learning needs

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in both 1:1 and group settings Travel between multiple schools as assigned, ensuring continuity of care and support Assist with classroom management, lesson activities, and adaptations for individual students Offer encouragement and guidance to foster student independence and progress Support teachers with documentation, materials preparation, and implementation of individualized learning plans Model positivity, patience, and inclusiveness every day If you thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in making a difference where it counts, this role could be an excellent fit.
