Ideal Candidate for Floater Teacher Position We are currently hiring a full-time PreK and Toddler Room Floater for this academic year. We are looking for a reliable and flexible person who loves working with young children. Applicants must speak good English, communicate well with parents and be able to work in Toddler and Pre-K classrooms with different teachers as the need arises. Why Join Fort Montessori? Full Time Requirements:

Must have 1 year experience working in a school or child care facility Is willing to work between the hours of 8am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday) with a break and willing to work in different classrooms as needed. Work week will usually have 35 to 40 hours Must be comfortable changing diapers/working with toddlers Must demonstrate excellent classroom management skills Handle class size of 9-15 children independently Create arts and craft activities as needed High School Diploma Prior Montessori experience is a plus
