Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Evaluates home environment. Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM-potential for rehab. Directing the PT treatment, instructing patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances. Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of TEXAS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to commute is a must
