An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work at the school.JOB SUMMARY
This temporary position involves paraprofessional work that requires the teacher assistant to assist the classroom teacher in performing a variety of tasks, i.e., emergency plans, health-related plans/services, behavioral plans and carrying out instructional procedures. This work is performed under the direct supervision of the teacher and/or building administrator, and/or appropriate Special Education Department administrator. The employee must interact with students, parents, and staff in a positive manner. Duration of the assignment is dependent on program needs and availability of funding.Job Description SALARY:
