Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or working in a school setting is highly valued Ability to support instruction under the direction of certified educators Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and staff Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach to challenges High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training or certification is a plus Commitment to inclusion and supporting diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:
