Multiple contract opportunities are available for motivated paraprofessionals eager to foster positive learning environments in both elementary and middle school settings. Each position involves working closely with students, including those with Autism, Emotional Behavior Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Learning Disabilities, within regular and special education classrooms. Responsibilities also include supervision during recess and in the cafeteria for elementary assignments.

Openings include:

Full-time, elementary, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week Part-time, elementary, Monday through Thursday, 28 hours per week Full-time, middle school, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience:

Possess or be eligible for a Special Education Aide license from the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Background in supporting students with diverse learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Comfortable providing structure and encouragement in both individual and group settings Recent professional references, preferably within the last three years Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both staff and students Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs and routines

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructional and behavioral support in close partnership with teachers and specialists Supervise and engage students during unstructured times such as recess and lunch (elementary roles) Assist in implementing student learning plans and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to education teams Encourage student independence and model appropriate classroom behavior Bring your passion and dedication to an environment that values your expertise.
