Little Bear Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and nurturing Assistant Teacher to join our Infant Room team. What You'll Do Provide warm, responsive care and build trusting relationships with infants Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines Engage babies through age-appropriate play, songs, books, sensory activities, and movement Support infants as they reach important developmental milestones Comfort and soothe babies while helping them feel safe and secure Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom Communicate with families and work closely with the teaching team Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
