Little Bear Learning Center is hiring a Float Support/Assistant Teacher who enjoys working with different age groups, jumping in where needed, and being a steady, positive presence for children and staff. This is a great role for someone who loves early childhood but doesn't want to be tied to just one classroom every day. What Your Days Will Look Like Supporting classrooms across ages as needed Building relationships with children throughout the center Assisting lead teachers with activities, routines, and transitions Helping maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment Stepping in confidently and keeping things running smoothly Schedule That Works 10 shift with a day off. Can be flexible on start and end times but we are looking for hours 730-530, 745-545, or 8-6.
