The ideal candidate will have a background in tutoring settings within PreK-12th grade students and passionate about working with students. Duties Create individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles of each student. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects as needed, ensuring that students grasp key concepts and skills. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure academic success. Maintain an organized record of student performance and communicate progress . Meet with team virtually or in person on occasion for team meetings.
Must have excellent communication skills:
be able to speak to parents briefly on student update after each class. Experience Prior experience in tutoring students or working with students Must have your own reliable vehicle and be able to drive yourself to students' homes or designated library locations. Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to complete fingerprinting and a background check.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 10.0 per week
