This role involves overseeing after-school programs, ensuring student safety, and delivering engaging educational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, experience working with students, and possess a valid US driver's license. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences while contributing to a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise after-school activities, ensuring smooth program operations Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Manage student behavior and promote a safe, inclusive environment Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student needs Maintain accurate attendance records and program documentation Assist in the administration of educational activities and special events. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and staff as needed Perform outreach with local communities, vendors and partners. Attend events. Give tour of facility, pricing and Enroll new students Skills Must have a college degree or AA degree Must be available to work Monday - Friday 2pm to 7pm (2 Saturdays a month 4 hrs shift) Proven ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment CPR, Teacher certificates or any other credentials Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable
