POSITION
1-on-1 Academic Environmental Science Tutoring (Part Time Available)WHY TUTOR WITH US?

COMPENSATION
We start at anywhere in the range from $25- 35 per hour depending on experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS
- 1-on-1 environmental science tutoring for high school level students (regular and AP level)
- Sessions are usually booked in 1 hour blocks with each tutor and student getting their own private room.
- Tutor is a coach and mentor, not just someone who will go through each of the questions with a student.
- Tutor will provide regular progress updates for students.
QUALIFICATIONS
:Required:
- Passion for teaching and working with students
- Strong interpersonal skills that will help create a safe and fun environment for students (charisma, warmth, relatability, positivity, etc.)
- Strong background in relevant fields
- Punctual and reliable transportation Desired/Strongly preferred:
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience
- Advanced knowledge in relevant fields
