This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower students of diverse backgrounds by providing personalized language instruction. As an English Tutor, you will focus on developing students' literacy, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills through engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. Your enthusiasm and instructional adaptability will help foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence in every student. Duties Deliver individualized English language instruction to students of various ages and skill levels, including those with disabilities. Develop customized lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with each student's learning goals and proficiency levels. Assess student progress regularly through formative assessments and adjust instructional methods accordingly. Support students' writing skills development through targeted exercises, feedback, and instruction on grammar, vocabulary, and composition. Experience Prior experience working with children in classroom settings or tutoring environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop individualized instructions that meet diverse learning needs, including students with disabilities. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Proficiency in teaching English as a second language (ESL) or foreign languages such as Chinese is desirable. Proven success in adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of ability. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for fostering literacy education and supporting student achievement.
