POSITION TITLE
Title I After School Tutor Non-Public School Hourly rate: Teacher Contract Hourly Rate
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Reports to: Building Principal, Director of Title I August 10th, 2026 to May 28th, 2027 ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
Title I Academic Tutor works directly with identified Title I students that are failing or at risk of failing providing intervention support in reading, language arts, and math for the after school tutoring program
Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years of effective classroom teaching experience Thorough and complete knowledge of Indiana Academic Math and Reading/Language Arts Standards Proven leadership ability An explicit understanding of effective Math and Reading/Language Arts curriculum and instructional practices Appropriate Licensing to teach K-8, HQ
