• $20
• 35 per hour base pay
• Up to $40 per hour for select students and specialized assignments
• Performance bonuses tied to student satisfaction, reliability, and other performance criteria

We handle client acquisition, billing, family communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative logistics so you can focus on what you do best: helping students learn, grow, and build confidence.
