Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear instructions for tee times and course rules Manage the flow of players onto the course, ensuring timely starts and minimizing delays Monitor course safety, enforce rules, and address any conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach Excellent communication skills for public speaking, giving clear instructions, and engaging with diverse guests Familiarity with private golf facilities helps in delivering seamless guest experiences Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and professional in all interactions while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
