Responsibilities Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and developmental stages. Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment. Experience in school settings is preferred but not required. Ability to create engaging classroom activities that promote learning and exploration. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment strategies.
