$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our in-person educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secondary education with a focus in Math and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves developing engaging curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the growth and development of each child. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and preparing them for future academic success. Responsibilities Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and developmental stages. Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment. Experience in school settings is preferred but not required. Ability to create engaging classroom activities that promote learning and exploration. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment strategies.
