Key Qualifications:
Current, active teaching licensure and certification in Illinois CTE (Career and Technical Education) endorsement required Demonstrated experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with junior high students Strong commitment to creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere Excellent classroom management skills and a growth mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing classroom needsPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive general education curriculum to junior high students Develop lesson plans that engage, challenge, and support all learners Assess and document student progress, providing feedback and tailoring instruction as needed Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance learning outcomes Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Foster student citizenship and support social-emotional developmentDetails & Perks:
