Key Qualifications:
Active Louisiana Department of Education certification (DOE Cert) is required—candidates in the process of obtaining certification or holding Temporary Authority to Teach (TAT) are not eligible. Experience teaching math at the high school level preferred; ready to engage and inspire students. Ability to clear comprehensive district credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting. Flexibility to serve across various campuses as assigned, with adaptability to evolving caseload needs.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective math instruction to high school students in accordance with curriculum standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and academic success. Collaborate with colleagues, school staff, and families to support diverse learners.
