We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the production of electrical systems and components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet safety standards, performance requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components for various projects, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and safety. Perform electrical calculations, analysis, and simulations to support design and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and other teams to define system requirements and integrate electrical systems into broader product designs. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, providing solutions to technical challenges. Oversee the manufacturing and assembly of electrical systems, ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop detailed technical specifications, documentation, and reports. Ensure that electrical designs adhere to safety codes and industry standards (e.g., UL, NEC, IEC, IEEE). Provide technical support and guidance during system installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices. Perform site inspections and coordinate with contractors and vendors when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with experience in industrial controls/ industrial equipment. Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD electrical, Solidworks Electrical). Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Experience with circuit design, schematic diagrams, and electrical modeling. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license. UL Certification. Familiarity with industrial control systems, PLC programming, or automation.
