Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including cash handling and financial reports for the overnight shift Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to uphold a secure environment Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are essential Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Bookkeeping:

keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Mitigate customer complaints as needed Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
