In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment, supporting ongoing operations and facility renovations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from construction sites to renovation initiatives, utilizing your technical skills to keep systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including motors, control panels, wiring, and automation equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on production machinery Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Repair or replace defective components such as sensors, relays, switches, and circuit breakers Work with PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic programming preferred) Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance Document maintenance activities and repairs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical school or certification preferred) 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance Strong knowledge of electrical systems (480V, 3-phase power, motor controls) Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley or similar preferred) Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, temperature variations) Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces

Work Environment:

Industrial/manufacturing facility May require overtime, weekends, or on-call work depending on production needs Meat Cold Environment Inside(20°F - 30°F)

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
