About the Role Erb and Young Insurance — a 14-year-old independent P&C agency — is assembling a select 2026 class of elite marketers. You will build B2B referral partner relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, and business owners to drive referral-driven agency growth. This role leads to an invitation-only Senior Agent track. Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 2+ years verifiable B2B sales experience Documented success initiating & growing executive-level referral partner relationships Extraordinary communication & interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build business pipelines and manage pipelines using a CRM High discipline, high accountability, high performance
