$95k/yr+ Requirements 6+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment Proficiency in 3D CAD software, with emphasis on SolidWorks Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes Experience developing cost estimates for various manufacturing projects Ability to analyze manufacturing problems and implement effective solutions Fixture design and weld robot programming experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements, including cost, quality, and delivery targets Estimate time and material costs for a wide range of manufacturing projects and components Create and maintain process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Collaborate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and shop floor personnel to confirm requirements and ensure alignment Identify and resolve production issues such as scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and manufacturing challenges Modify and develop engineering drawings to support sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and forming processes Review engineering changes, customer documentation (ECRs, drawings, memorandums), and implement updates to internal processes and programs #
