Golden Grove Countertops is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Templater / CAD-CAM Specialist to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for accurate digital templating, CAD design, and preparing projects for fabrication. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $86,000-$94,000, based on experience Monthly incentive bonuses Full health insurance benefits Supplemental health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Full-time position with opportunities for growth Key Responsibilities Perform accurate digital countertop measurements and templating. Create and modify CAD drawings for countertop projects. Prepare digital files for CNC fabrication. Review designs for accuracy, functionality, seams, edges, sinks, and other details. Communicate project requirements and potential issues with sales, project management, fabrication, and installation teams. Coordinate with customers and project managers when clarification is needed. Maintain accurate project files and production documentation. Help improve templating, CAD, and fabrication workflows. Assist with CNC programming and production needs as required. Ideal Candidate Experience with digital countertop templating and CAD/CAM. Strong understanding of countertop fabrication and installation. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with CNC equipment and digital production software. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with natural stone, quartz, porcelain, and other slab materials is a plus.
