We are looking for an experienced Truss Designer who takes pride in delivering accurate, buildable designs while providing exceptional service to our customers. Review plans and specifications for structural and manufacturing accuracy. Coordinate with builders, contractors, engineers, and our sales team. Provide practical, buildable solutions that help customers succeed. Manage projects from initial design through final approval. Support estimating, revisions, and customer requests while maintaining deadlines. What We're Looking For Experience designing roof and floor trusses. Proficiency with MiTek software (preferred). Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans. Strong understanding of building codes and wood-frame construction. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
