  • Process Engineer
  • to join our team and drive improvements across manufacturing operations.
This role is a critical technical resource—supporting production teams in advancing safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while also contributing to profitability. You'll provide hands-on troubleshooting, lead process improvement projects, and collaborate with global R D teams to enhance manufacturing methods, tooling, and raw material usage. If you're motivated by solving problems, optimizing processes, and implementing new technologies, this role is for you.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Partner with production teams to improve processes, methods, and operating conditions.
+ Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to resolve production issues quickly and effectively. + Review production performance (safety, quality, scrap, rework) and implement corrective actions. + Lead projects to design, justify, and implement new equipment and capital expenditures. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, reduce cycle time, and optimize costs. + Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Audit tooling processes, inventory, and quality; ensure compliance with procedures. + Obtain quotes, write Capital Expense Requests (CERs), and oversee installation of equipment/tooling. + Collaborate with global R D teams on process improvements and product development efforts. + Act as a leader on the production floor, modeling company culture and safety standards.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • Background in process engineering or polymer processing (stock shapes and advanced materials experience preferred).
+ Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) strongly preferred. + Experience with Statistics, DOE, and process optimization. + Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and multitask. + 2 - 4 years of industry experience in process engineering or polymer processing Preferred - preferably in stock shapes and advanced materials + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools. + Excellent communication skills—both written and oral. + SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience preferred. + Ability to collaborate across functions (Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Production, Business).

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
