- AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Philadelphia on October 7-8, 2026.
- This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2027.
- The event kicks off on Wednesday evening with a networking mixer from 6-8 pm,
- where you can hear from AECOM staff about various projects, career paths, and the company itself. You'll also have the chance to meet other students, recent graduates, and AECOM professionals from across our business lines.
- On Thursday, interviews will take place at our Philadelphia office.

- Civil Engineering Department of AECOM's Transportation Business Line
- is actively seeking an
- Entry-Level Civil/Highway Engineer
- to be based in our
- Newark, DE
- office.
- Airport Road Extension
- in Rehoboth Beach, DE;
- SR 1 and Cave Neck Road Grade Separated Interchange
- in Milton, DE; and
- SR 5 and Harmons Hill Road Intersection Improvements
- in Millsboro, DE.
- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- + Obtaining and reviewing existing information including some field work/site investigations.
- Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $75000 to $85000.
