Rotational Program Overview AEDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint. Develop Well-Rounded Engineers through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis, Ohio, Florida/Texas

Creating construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD CAD Program
Prepare design calculation documentation
Develop construction cost estimates
Different projects would include Roundabouts, Urban Roads, Rural Roads and Large Interstate Improvements
Work is completed in the office with occasional site visits
Other duties as assigned Qualifications Who you are: Students majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
Reliable transportation to and from office location
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things
Graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027
