Job Description
Back Pipe Stress Engineer
- 24525 Mechanical Engineer Contract 11102 Sep 2, 2026 Chandler , Arizona We are seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer for assignment in Chandler, Arizona. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing pipe stress analysis. Hours are Monday
- Friday, 8:00am
- 5:00pm
- Candidates can work a Hybrid schedule in Chandler, AZ
- Responsibilities
- Perform pipe stress analysis
- Specifying applicable pipe support details
- Adjudicating all QA comments
- Performing QA of the 3D model confirming the final design matches the stress analysis and pipe support selection
- Developing any new attachment hardware (pipe support) details, its corresponding allowable load table, and QA the 3D attachment hardware block in the 3D piping deliverable Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years experience as a Piping or Pipe Stress Engineer
- Proficient with AutoPIPE or Caesar II
