Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
This is a mid-level position. This is not an entry-level or training role. The successful candidate must be capable of stepping into active luxury residential projects and contributing immediately with limited day-to-day direction. Required Professional Experience 5- 7 years of professional architectural Interior design experience, with a minimum of 5 years working directly on custom, high-end, or luxury residential projects.

REQUIRED PORTFOLIO A
professional portfolio is required and must demonstrate substantial experience with high-end custom residential architecture. The portfolio must include examples of: Millwork/cabinetry or specialty detailing Interior and exterior 3D modeling Photorealistic renderings Completed or substantially developed luxury residential projects Portfolios consisting primarily of academic projects, entry-level drafting exercises, generic commercial work, or residential projects lacking a high level of design/detail will not be considered.EDUCATION & LICENSURE
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited program. NCIDQ licensure or active progress toward licensure is strongly preferred.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced architectural interior visualizer professional who can hit the ground running. This person should be able to walk into an active luxury residential project, understand the design intent, open the model, identify what needs to be done, and begin producing high-quality work with limited hand-holding. If you are early in your architectural career and are primarily looking for an opportunity to learn Revit, residential detailing, 3D visualization, or construction documentation, this position is not the right fit.What We Offer Salary:
$60,000- $72,000 (commensurate with custom residential experience)
