Gulf Coast Consulting Inc. has an opportunity for a Land Development Civil 3D Technician/Designer. Candidates will play a key role in the design and development of land development projects. We have a wide range of projects including multi-family residential, commercial industrial, single-family residential, hospitals, schools and others. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the successful execution of projects. ‍ Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of land development projects, including grading, drainage, and site layout under the guidance of senior staff. Prepare drawing sets following our CAD standards. Prepare concept and preliminary plans then into final site plans. Requirements AutoCAD certification is preferred but not required. High level skills using AutoCAD Civil 3D are required. Strong understanding of land development projects is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced office. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
