As we continue to grow, we are looking for a production designer who can bring strong Revit skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. This individual will play a key role in producing the construction documents behind our projects while building a long-term career with our team. Position Overview We are seeking a Production Designer (Revit) to join our Production Team. In this role, you'll develop Revit models and construction drawings for aquatic projects. Depending on project needs and your strengths, you'll support our Feature Design track (pools, spas, rivers, and interactive water environments) or our Mechanical Design track (filtration, hydraulics, piping, and mechanical equipment). This role is open to candidates with drafting, design technology, or architecture backgrounds, from technical college and certificate programs to associate's and bachelor's degrees, and welcomes a range of experience levels. No prior aquatics experience is required; we'll teach you the industry. You'll grow your Revit expertise alongside experienced designers and engineers and take on more advanced production responsibility over time. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in our Downtown Orlando office. Responsibilities & Duties
  • Produce accurate construction drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Assist with BIM modeling and project documentation
  • Prepare sheet work, annotations, schedules, and detail callouts
  • Develop layouts, plans, sections, and details for aquatic features and systems
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines to maintain drawing accuracy
  • Learn and apply Martin Aquatic's design and documentation standards
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines across projects
  • Support senior designers and engineers with technical documentation Qualifications & Skills
  • Background in Drafting, Architectural Technology, CAD/BIM, Architecture, or a related design discipline; technical college, certificate, associate's, or bachelor's programs all welcome
  • Professional or academic experience in drafting, design, or a related technical field
  • Hands-on Revit experience, including family placement and sheet/annotation setup
  • Understanding of construction drawings and documentation practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, including xrefs, blocks, and sheet sets
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Dropbox, or Monday.com
