Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design with a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused environments. As an Interior Designer at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will lead and support interior design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver innovative design solutions that enhance the user experience while meeting project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interior design process from concept development through project completion for a variety of project types. Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, finish selections, furniture layouts, renderings, and presentation materials. Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements and design intent are achieved. Prepare and coordinate interior construction documents, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, elevations, details, furniture plans, and specifications. Select and specify finishes, materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories that align with project goals, budgets, and performance requirements. Conduct site visits and field verification, documenting existing conditions and monitoring project progress during construction. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, accessibility standards, life safety requirements, and industry best practices. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to support timely and successful project delivery. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project workshops. Stay current with evolving design trends, products, technologies, sustainability practices, and industry standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior design staff as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 years of professional interior design experience. NCIDQ certification and/or state licensure preferred. Proven experience managing and delivering interior design projects across various project types. Strong design, space planning, and technical documentation skills. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software. Experience developing construction documents, finish specifications, and furniture packages. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
