Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of professional experience in an architecture, design, engineering, or construction-related environment Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / Adobe Creative Suite proficiency Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, or other visualization tools is a plus Solid understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and construction documentation General understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural coordination Strong spatial awareness and attention to detai Ability to read and coordinate architectural and engineering drawings Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple disciplines Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, organized, and capable of following projects through from planning to completion Previous experience with retail, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale interior/architectural projects is a plus Experience with project management, construction administration, permitting, or consultant coordination is a strong plus Korean and English bilingual proficiency is preferred
