Prairie Band Construction, a Native American tribally owned general contractor, seeks a Revit Designer to support design-build, new construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will develop detailed Revit models and construction documents for federal, commercial, and tribal clients, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project specifications. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and field teams to coordinate disciplines, resolve clashes, and maintain BIM standards. Responsibilities Develop detailed Revit models and construction documents for federal, commercial, and tribal projects Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design intent and constructability Maintain BIM standards, families, and templates in Revit Review drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project specifications Collaborate with field teams to resolve design clashes and modeling issues Assist with design-build documentation, RFIs, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle Support quantity takeoffs and project planning using Revit data exports Ensure models are organized, documented, and archived per company standards Required Skills Autodesk Revit BIM modeling and coordination Construction document production Reading and interpreting construction drawings Building codes and standards awareness Auto CAD or similar CAD tools Clash detection and model coordination workflows Detailing for structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces Quantity takeoffs from models Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
