You will serve as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, ensuring that sophisticated equipment is restored to peak performance through precise troubleshooting and technical expertise. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical or electrical issues in treadmills, smart home gyms, massage chairs, and high-end cooling appliances. Interpret complex manufacturer service manuals to execute repairs that meet strict quality and safety standards. Deliver an elevated customer experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism during every on-site visit. Utilize mobile technology to document service outcomes, manage work orders, and report on equipment status in real-time. Ensure all repairs are completed with high mechanical aptitude, utilizing your own professional-grade hand and power tools. Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal vehicle regulations while traveling to various service locations. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in mechanical repair, assembly, or field service maintenance. Ability to read and apply technical schematics and manufacturer assembly instructions. Possession of a reliable vehicle and a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools. Strong commitment to customer service excellence and professional communication. Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record reviews. Preferred Skills Active Federal Tax ID (EIN) for independent contracting. Prior experience servicing premium fitness or smart home technology. Familiarity with DOT/MC regulatory requirements for commercial vehicle operation.
