Refurbishment Worker

Responsibilities Inspect and test returned electronic products (RMA items) Identify product models and diagnose basic issues Perform refurbishment and basic repairs Disassemble and reassemble products using tools Conduct quality checks to ensure products are functional Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks Maintain organized records of repair status Requirements Hands-on and comfortable using tools (screwdrivers, power tools, etc.) Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Able to identify and distinguish different product models Team player with good communication Detail-oriented and responsible Able to lift moderate weight when needed Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in electronics repair or product refurbishment Experience working with scooters, e-bikes, or consumer electronics Previous experience in warehouse operations Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese Compensation & Benefits $20-$25/hour (based on experience and skills, negotiable for the right candidate) Paid time off (PTO) Employee discount on electronics and company products Flexible scheduling options On-the-job training with growth opportunities Trial Period Includes a 15-day trial to ensure a good fit.
