Salary:

$22 - $25 per hour (Negotiable based on experience and technical ability) Company Profile We are a third-party service company focusing on electronic product returns processing, testing, maintenance, and refurbishment. Due to business expansion, we are partnering with a staffing agency to hire Electronic Refurbish Technicians. Individuals with electronics repair experience and strong hands-on skills are highly welcome to join our team. Job Responsibilities Responsible for visual inspection, fault detection, disassembly, repair, and functional testing of electronic products returned by customers. Complete product refurbishment, component replacement, cleaning, re-testing, and re-packaging in strict accordance with SOPs and customer requirements. Use tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and heat guns to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct functional re-tests on repaired products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Accurately document the repair process, root causes of failures, parts used, and test results. Maintain repair tools and keep the work area clean, strictly adhering to ESD anti-static and safety operating procedures. Cooperate with the supervisor to meet daily production targets and provide timely feedback regarding batch quality issues. Job Requirements High school, technical school, or associate degree or higher; majors in electronics, electromechanical engineering, computers, or related fields are preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic product repair, refurbishment, or reworking is preferred. Familiar with electronic product disassembly, fault detection, and the use of common repair tools. Experience in PCBA repair, soldering, SMT, or electronic component replacement is preferred. Strong hands-on ability, quick learning capability, strong quality awareness, and a meticulous, conscientious work attitude. Ability to read basic English work instructions or manuals is preferred. Repair experience with computers, displays, smart home devices, robotic cleaning equipment, or other consumer electronics is preferred.
