In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that merchandise moves smoothly from our warehouse to our customers. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe handling of products. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your skills in warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation will shine, contributing directly to our success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology to ensure accurate stock levels and order accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to quality control standards. Load and unload shipments using appropriate materials handling equipment while following safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing products within the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and operational efficiency. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery. Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and cycle counts to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Use RF scanners and barcode systems for logistics tracking and order fulfillment accuracy. Adhere strictly to safety procedures during all warehouse operations to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, preferably within wholesale clothing or fashion industries. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and basic math skills for inventory counting. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while following safety protocols. Prior experience in order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes, quality control checks, and stock replenishment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities within logistics management roles.
