Job Description

Are you mechanically inclined, technically curious, and enjoy solving problems in a hands-on environment? Do you take pride in keeping equipment running and supporting farmers who depend on it every day? We're looking for a Dairy Equipment Technician to join our service team and play a critical role in supporting dairy operations in the field. Perform on-farm service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dairy and robotic milking equipment Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Install new dairy equipment and assist with system upgrades and expansions Work with electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and computer-based systems Perform welding and fabrication as needed for equipment repairs and installations Communicate clearly and professionally with dairy producers regarding service needs and solutions Maintain accurate service records and documentation Participate in an on-call rotation and overtime as required Qualifications Experience or aptitude in electrical systems, refrigeration, mechanics, automation, or computer technology Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Welding experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset No prior dairy experience required•we are willing to train the right candidate Be part of a trusted, forward-thinking team serving dairy farms across the Midwest Hands-on work with modern dairy and robotic technology Full-time, stable position with room to grow technically and professionally Training provided•dairy knowledge is not required to get started Competitive benefits including: Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off

$19.00•$24.00 per hour, based on experience Bonus pay opportunities Overtime available
