In this role, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices and consumer electronics. Your technical proficiency will ensure that customers receive top-notch support and service, whether troubleshooting operating systems like Android and iOS or performing hardware diagnostics on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your technical skills, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help customers get their devices back in optimal condition quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops using hand tools and schematic diagrams. Perform software troubleshooting for operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and other consumer electronics. Conduct hardware maintenance, including soldering, electrical repairs, and component replacements on mobile phones and other electronic devices. Utilize technical analysis skills to identify issues with device hardware or software and implement effective solutions. Support field service operations by providing technical troubleshooting support for mobile devices in retail or customer locations. Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting support for smartphone issues, and general electronics advice. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures following industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience with mobile phone repair, desktop computer repair, or consumer electronics troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Skilled in hardware diagnostics, soldering (including electrical soldering), and equipment repair techniques. Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting complex electronic issues. Excellent analysis skills to quickly identify problems with hardware or software components. Ability to use hand tools effectively for delicate repairs on small electronic parts. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and technical support delivery. Knowledge of printer and copier repair is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
