Taxi Technology Support Specialist Full-Time | $20-$23 per hour, based on experience Build Your Technical Skills in a Hands-On Role Are you dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with electronics and technology? Join our team and play an important role in keeping taxi equipment operating safely and reliably. As a Taxi Technology Support Specialist, you'll work with a variety of equipment, solve real-world technical problems, and interact directly with customers. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to develop valuable skills in electronics, automotive technology, installation, troubleshooting, and customer service. What You'll Do Install and service taxi meters and related equipment Install credit card readers, tablets, and vehicle top lights Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and equipment issues Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs Diagnose problems and identify practical, effective solutions Prepare, configure, and test equipment before installation Assist customers with equipment questions and service needs Provide friendly, professional customer service Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized Follow established procedures to ensure quality and reliable installations Why Join Us?
