You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to ensure our production environment remains efficient, safe, and highly productive. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive repairs on heavy industrial machinery to minimize downtime and maximize output. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced troubleshooting methodologies. Maintain and optimize HVAC/R systems to ensure climate control and operational integrity across the facility. Perform precision maintenance and calibration on CNC machinery to uphold strict quality standards. Program, monitor, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to ensure seamless automated processes. Document maintenance activities and equipment performance to drive long-term reliability improvements. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial equipment repair and heavy machinery maintenance. Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to work with HVAC/R infrastructure. Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing CNC equipment. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of PLC programming and logic diagnostics. Relevant technical certifications in industrial maintenance or electrical systems. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.
