6:30am - 6:30pm Rotating Shift Summary Join a fast-paced team in the Industrial Manufacturing industry as an Automation Technician. This role offers an incredible opportunity to play a vital part in the maintenance and optimization of cutting-edge production systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our automated lines, directly contributing to the success and safety of our manufacturing operations. Description Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot automated production equipment, including robots, conveyors, vision systems, and automated assembly/test stations.

Respond immediately to equipment downtime to diagnose root causes and restore production efficiency.

Support daily operations to meet rigorous safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Verify the operational integrity of safety interlocks, light curtains, E-Stops, and guarding.

Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned automation equipment.

Identify recurring mechanical or electrical issues and recommend permanent corrective solutions.

Document all repairs, system changes, and maintenance activities according to standard protocols.

Provide training support to operators and maintenance staff regarding the use and care of automated systems. Qualifications Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Technology.

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.

Hands-on experience with sensors, pneumatics, motors, drives, and servo systems.

Experience working with industrial HMIs and automation hardware.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control diagrams.

Demonstrated ability to work independently under production pressure.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
