This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve the equipment that keeps our operation moving. No two days are the same. One day you may be troubleshooting a PLC or electrical control issue, and the next you could be rebuilding a gearbox, repairing hydraulics, or helping install a new piece of equipment. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping production running, we want to hear from you!

Partner with Engineering and Production to identify problems, develop solutions, and improve equipment performance. Research parts, components, pricing, and lead times to support maintenance repairs and equipment upgrades. Help identify opportunities to make equipment safer, more reliable, and more efficient.
