We're hiring a Junior Engineering Technician to support Product Development Engineers by building prototypes, testing new products, troubleshooting equipment, and assisting with engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, automotive electrical, robotics, or technical school experience. What You'll Do Build electro-mechanical prototypes from engineering drawings and instructions Assemble wiring, tubing, pneumatic, and fluidic systems Assist with product testing, debugging, and troubleshooting Support engineers with prototype development and design improvements Set up and maintain engineering test equipment Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs Help install and qualify new engineering equipment Document test results and engineering activities Work with hand tools, power tools, and basic electronic test equipment Support continuous improvement within the engineering lab Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 0-5 years of technical manufacturing or engineering support experience Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring/test equipment Ability to read mechanical drawings, work instructions, or assembly documentation Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Good communication and documentation skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Great Backgrounds Include Electro-Mechanical Assembly Test Technician Maintenance Technician Robotics or Automation Automotive Electrical Machine Building Military Electronics Technical/Vocational School Why Join Us?
