Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Cell Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other personal electronics. Responsibilities Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on various mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets using hand tools and specialized equipment. Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows across different devices. Conduct hardware maintenance and repairs on consumer electronics like printers, copiers, laptops, and desktop computers. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify faults and execute precise repairs such as electrical soldering or component replacement. Provide technical troubleshooting support for mobile devices, personal electronics, and other consumer electronics to ensure optimal performance. Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting support, and product recommendations while delivering excellent customer service. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures to ensure quality control and knowledge sharing. Requirements Proven experience in mobile phone repair with strong knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, soldering techniques (including electrical soldering), and the use of hand tools for electronic repairs. Familiarity with macOS, Windows operating systems, desktop computer repair, and laptop troubleshooting. Strong analysis skills combined with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to technical support in retail or field service environments. Ability to perform electrical soldering, equipment repair, and detailed analysis of hardware issues on mobile devices and consumer electronics. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting software issues related to smartphones (troubleshooting support) and other personal electronics. Knowledge of printer and copier repair is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
