- What You'll Be Doing Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting engineers with product development and testing
- Performing laboratory testing and documentation
- Conducting quality inspections and data collection
- Operating technical testing equipment
- Reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Recording test results and maintaining documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with engineering and production teams
- What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Mechanical or technical aptitude
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, laboratory, electronics, or technical environments is preferred
- Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience may be required for some positions
