• What You'll Be Doing Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:
• Assisting engineers with product development and testing
• Performing laboratory testing and documentation
• Conducting quality inspections and data collection
• Operating technical testing equipment
• Reading engineering drawings and specifications
• Recording test results and maintaining documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with engineering and production teams
• What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Mechanical or technical aptitude
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, laboratory, electronics, or technical environments is preferred
• Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience may be required for some positions
