Job Description
The Robotics & Automation Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of automation systems across production operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project management responsibilities, identifying and executing automation initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Robotics & Automation Technician will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic and automated systems, as well as lead automation projects from concept through implementation. This includes participating in the automation steering committee to help define automation strategy, evaluating new technologies, and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful project execution.
